Rory bustled into the library a bit sleepily, and took her place behind the desk with her massive cup of coffee and her reading for Literature for the week.

Rory's not really focusing on anything but her coffee, 'kay thanks.

She's a bit more awake now, and actually deep in reading.

And now highlighting, because this is Rory Gilmore we're talking about.

And now she's got several pages of her notebook lined with neat writing, and a pen poking through where she's piled her hair back.

She's taking a break to eat, though, because the Lorelais love their food. Library's closed unless you work there, though.

She's sort of just reviewing her notes, now, because there's not much more she can add to them.

Woe, for Rory is at Ethics now. Hopefully someone else is around to assist.

But now she's back ~~from outer space. She just walked in to find you here with that sad look upon your face!~~ and absorbed in a non-school book.

Yep, still having some weird access issues. I should be able to answer everyone since yay school network, but if I drop out, it's nothing personal. Also, work sucks, so I'll be going AFK for a bit as of 5 EDT.

Walter wandered in and went to look up this mysterious thing Nadia had not particularly clearly told him about the night before.

Anyone paying any attention when he found an appropriate reference book might wonder why he acted like he was doing something... prurient.

Angela wandered into the library for the first time all week. "Hey, Rory," she said, setting up her laptop. "What's up?"

Angela, who has been in and out all day, is currently in. She might even be doing some work.

"Hi Walter. Find everything okay?" Rory asked, not quite looking up from her notes.

"Nothing too interesting," Rory replied, glancing up with a smile. "Hi!"

"I haven't been in here all week," Angela admitted. "Think Ms. Readman noticed?"

"Yes, she totally noticed and she's going to fail you in Library Aide...ness," Rory said seriously.

Angela looked mock-woeful. "But - but that would go on my transcript, and then I'd never get into college and my life would be completely and totally ruined."

"It's okay, I'll be joining you in working at McDonald's, since I didn't make it in until yesterday when I was visiting Bridge," Rory replied, smiling a little.

"Can we at least steal the good toys to sell on eBay?," Angela asked. "And how's Bridge doing? Are you guys still going to the dance together?"

"Yes, but we have to leave them in the plastic wrap," Rory replied. "And he's okay. We're still going, yep. I can assume you're going with Marty, right? Unless you're being weird or he's...boycotting the dance on the basis of not wanting to almost fight with Logan again, or something?"

"They're worth more in the plastic," Angela shrugged. "And he hasn't said anything about wanting to skip it to avoid Logan, so I think we're good." She raised an eyebrow. "I can't believe Angel, Logan and Cal are all coming together. I mean, not together-together, but..."

"Maybe we can get them into Caritas," Rory suggested. "Then Cal can't kill Logan. Or, you know, me."

Angela sighed. "If they would just stay in Caritas all weekend..." She frowned. "Why does Cal want to kill you?"

"Because I'm the one who told her to go see Angel. And she's unhappy. It's just a guess," Rory said with a shrug.

Walter glanced up guiltily from the book and turned his body to better block her view of what he was looking at.

"I have, thank you."
