Martial Arts Infortmation

We're going to start off with some basic stuff first. Self defense. It's something thats good to know in a bad situation, and after what I've seen of this school, things can get a little chaotic. So I've decided to teach students how to defend themselves, and as the course progresses, we will advance into different types. I've decided not to do a formal syllabus because I've had to chase a five year old all over because I don't want to stick to words on a computer screen or piece of paper. I understand that stuff comes up.

My class will meet on Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 1-3.

If you'd like personal training if you can't make the class, that's okay too. Leave me a message and I will be sure to arrange a time when I can show you some things we've been learning in class.
