Damn the Man Club, Wednesday 5pm

Blair was sitting on a table in the computer lab eating pizza. "I brought food today because I figured we need snacks."

"Did everyone see the Think signs that got put up last week?" Blair bounced. "Does anyone want to report on effects of the signs that they saw?"

Blair pointed to a box of art supplies on a nearby table. "I thought that we'd make some signs tonight. Unless anyone has a specific cause they want us to work on, we can each make something that means something to us."

Evie finished munching and wiped her mouth before gleeing at Blair. "A present? For me? Why? Thank you!"

"I'm sure you have plenty of notebooks but a proper lab experiment requires a proper lab notebook (http://www.phys.uri.edu/~yoon/lab-notebook.jpg)." Blair pulled the notebook out from his bag and handed it over, rolling his eyes at how smushed the bow had gotten in his backpack.

"Ooooo!" Evie untied the bow, then hugged the lab book to herself, looking thrilled. "Thank you so much! Look at how official it is! Oh, this is *perfect*." She did a little chair-dance of delight and smiled widely at Blair. "And Professor Abby said she could get us some Caff-Pow! so now all I need is permission and maybe a clinic aide and some volunteers and we'll have science. Isn't it wonderful?"

"Great!" Blair laughed. "It is wonderful. Do you want someone to go with you to ask for permission or are you cool?"

"I think I would appreciate help," Evie admitted. "I've never spoken with our principal or vice-principal. I rather hope I wouldn't knock anything over, but when I get nervous, welll...."

"Just tell me when and I'll be there." Blair bounced. "You can do all the talking and I'll stand in the back and make sure you don't break anything."

"Thank you, Blair!" Evie glee'd and bounced back at him, then picked up another piece of pizza, and saluted him with it. "To Science!"
