Shawn snagged some coorly freees and ice-a creem. Not together. Then he found himself a seat at a free table.

Naomi wasn't as tired as she had been yesterday when she came in for lunch, she selected a bit of everything and sat down.

Pippi decided that if she wanted to convince the school to offer more then just lunch on weekdays, she better set a good example and come on for lunch on weekdays.

She piled up a bit of everything onto her tray and looked around for a place to sit rather then her old usual spot.

"Hey, is this seat taken?"

Shawn waved at his large, empty table. "Not that I know of," he said, and picked up another fry.

Pippi took a seat and tried desperately to remember if she'd met this guy already or not.

"I'm very sorry, I'm pretty sure we've met... But I can't for the life of me remember your name..."

Shawn grinned, "No problem, I think it was only a brief meeting." He gestured at himself, "Shawn," he reminded her.

"Hi again Shawn, I'm Pippi." she grinned.

"Nice to meet you again," Shawn said smiling and shoving another fry into his mouth. Didn't want his ice-a creem to melt before he got to it after all.

"You prepared for Homecoming yet?" he asked once he'd swallowed his mouthful.

Pippi nodded.

"Pretty much. River and I are supposed to go shopping for dresses at some point this week. You?"

Shawn smiled broadly, "About as prepared as I ever am. I have a date, now I just have to figure out the rest of it."

Chad was a hungry, still (unfortunately) growing young man. He needed fuel, sustinence, food...

...this will have to do. He took some of everything and found himself a seat.

"That's great! Who are you going with? Do you need to find a suit?"

Ranma peeks in and sees Chad. He walks over to him looking a little exhasperated. "Have you seen Setsuna anywhere?"

"I'm going with Summer," Shawn told her finishing off another fry. "And I'm getting my parents to send me over a suit from home, so soon I'll have that sorted."

"You going with anyone?" he asked.

"Hm?" Chad looked up from his sandwich. "Uh, maybe? Still haven't met her yet, so I could have, and not realized it was her..."

"Oh... you don't know her..." He looks upset... But also hungry. He plops down next to Chad and steals a fry.

"I'm going with Pip. Tall French fellow, long hair." she said with a doofy smile.

Shawn shook his head. "Doesn't ring a bell," he admitted. "Not that that means anything, I feel like I meet new people here every day."

"Something wrong?" Chad asked, noting the exasperation, and moving his tray a little more toward the centre of the table, having also noted the stolen fry.

Ranma takes another one much less like stealing, more like sharing with Chad now, though he has a bit of trouble picking this one up since it's a bit hotter than the last one. It's odd to note that Ranma's comfortable enough with him to share his lunch... "Yeah..."

"That'll keep happening for a bit." Pippi nodded. "But eventually you'll meet everybody."

"What is it?"

"I don't feel like I'm ever going to meet everybody," Shawn said shaking his head. "Or at least, if I do, I'll never remember all the names."

"This is where I usually say something encouraging, but seeing as how I started this conversation with asking you for your name again, I think I'll keep quiet." Pippi responded with a grin.

"I can't touch hot water... so I can't change back..." He looks really unhappy now, like he's gonna cry. "And I don't know what's wrong... Teddy touched the water and said it was just warm and it felt to me like it was burning hot..." Droopy head, he's staring at the lunch table.
