Yogalaties, Thursday Morning, First floor lobby

The floor of the lobby had mats laid out along with gym balls, rice pillows and chocolate cake.

"Morning, guys!" Blair bounced excitedly. "This is our last class, but I'm totally willing to keep doing yoga with you if you want. Maybe we can have a club! With a cool nickname and jackets and our own graffitti..." He trailed off and blushed. "Or you know, whatever."

"I tried to come up with a really cool end of workshop plan...but honestly this is only my second one and I just decided we could have fun. I have a couple of moves I want to show you and then we can just chat and eat cake. Because cake rocks ~~more than pie, yo.~~"

"My first pose is for destressing purposes. If you are in a stressful situation, hopefully using this pose will help you out." Blair bounced forward, bending his knees and raising one hand in front of his face. With a deadpan expression, he placed his thumb on his nose and wiggled his fingers and stuck out his tongue. "This extremely useful pose is called rising flowers in the breeze or nanabooboo."

Blair squatted on the floor, balancing his arms on his knees. "This pose is for rejuvenation and it's very simple. You go from this hugging mushroom pose quickly into a sprawling ivy pose." He demonstrated jumping up and forward a few times. "It helps if you jump on an exhale, forcing the breath out of your body." Blair jumped again and his expelled breath may or may not have sounded a little like a ribbit.

"Now that things are better this week and the only members of our class are living...I hoped these would be more fun to bounce on." Blair grinned and goofed off on his ball for a while. "Or you could skip the bouncing and just have cake."

"Thanks for letting me teach you guys these two weeks and not pantsing me or something equally humiliating." Blair bounced as he cut the cake. "I've had a lot of fun."

Good lord, it's 5:somethingsomething in the morning! That'll teach me to discover Hornblower fanfiction in the middle of the night.

*slumps to sleep over keyboard*

I would point and laugh? but I'm busy catching up on Supernatural fanfic at 3am. ;) And awesome class btw!

Lana laughed. "And here I always thought that was called the nanananabooboo pose."

Lana hopped around a little while giggling.

Lana certainly enjoyed the ball much more this week than she had last week!

Lana grinned at him. "I'm sure I speak for both Phoebe and myself when I say that we're really glad you took over the workshop for us. Thanks, Blair!"

"If you cross your eyes it's nananana, I'm not sure if we've worked up to that level of yoga mastery."

"Come on, Lana! Exhale." There was that darned ribbit noise again.

Lana giggled and did it again while crossing her eyes.

"I'm glad too! I like teaching and yoga and both of you and cake so it's all worked out great!"

Lana had to lie down on the mats for a minute because she was giggling too hard to ribbit.

"Whoa." Blair whistled in appreciation. "Impressive nananana work, Lana. That's black belt level yoga there."

"Too bad you're not teaching it next session. I would have signed up for it with you." She smiled at him.

"I'm pretty sure they only let me fill in because there was only a couple of weeks left to teach. They're letting the graduated seniors teach, but I'd think they'd draw the line at me teaching a class."

"But I meant what I said, I do yoga a few times a week and I'd love to have you and Phoebe or whoever join me if you want."

"That would probably be a lot of fun. Thanks! Hey, and maybe in the fall you could run a Yoga club."

Lana grins, "Why, thank you, Blair."

Phoebe tried really hard to do the pose with a straight face... and ended up giggling her way through it.

"Yeah, you really should do a Yoga club."
