At dawn, Anakin was waiting in a clearing just outside of campus, pacing in front of the transport ship that would take the flight workshop out to Coruscant.

He wasn't thinking of everything that could possibly go wrong.

Really.

Okay, he totally was. He was a glass-half-empty kind of guy.

[OOC: As Tick said in the Fearsome Jello Beasts post, the Flight class is back in time to go get gooey in defense of the school. Gotta love those Fandom space-time paradoxes.]

Peter watched quietly as Earth appeared below them. Absolutely speechless with awe, he gazed at it for as long as he was able.

I wish I'd had more time to fool around in Coruscant -- between moving and running the ghost plot, I couldn't comment in the threads as much as I wanted. Woes!

Bel raised an eyebrow at Blair. "You're obsessed with that song."

"We all have hobbies, man." Blair stared out the window. "But you have to admit, if there was ever a time for a group sing along, now would be it. Seeing this just makes people from Earth feel more connected."

"I don't know," Bel said. "I feel kinda disconnected right now."

Sam signed in.

OMG, it was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for setting it up and being everyone.

Sam had seen it before, but she didn't mind seeing it again.

"Really?" Blair turned and looked at Bel. "What's up?"

"Everything's so far away now," Bel said, touching his hand to the viewport.

"Like in a 'freeing' way or in a 'zomgImissPhoebe' way?"

"I do miss Phoebe, but it's strange," Bel said. "I don't think even the Source could shimmer this far. I'm completely safe from demons."

"Cool." Blair whispered and looked back out the window and eyed the distance from Earth. "Very cool, man."
