“Hello again, everyone,” Stark said ~~on time, for once~~. “Something different today, I think. A chance for you all to talk more, and for us to talk with each other. Unless you’d rather not talk. That’s fine. That’s always fine.”

You could just eat the moddable snacks. That’s what they were for!

“So…today, we’ll talk, we’ll brainstorm, ideas of ways to offer support to others who may need it. Perhaps after a new traumatic event. Perhaps just because they happen to need some support then. And sometimes it’s just nice to do things for other people.” Of course, the urge to do things for people constantly might be a trauma response in itself but now was not the time to get into that.

“So…I’ve got snacks. I’ve always got snacks. And I mentioned another day that once when I was very…unwell…a friend made sure I ate. That’s an easy place to start, I think. Bringing people food can be a good way to help them. To support them. Making food or ordering food or simply bringing over basic food items that don’t require much preparation. So…there’s that. If you have more to say on that, please do. And then we can think of other ideas, other ways to support and to help. Sometimes it’s hard to do things for yourself but easier to do them for others. Sometimes supporting each other will help both parties.”

"I suppose it depends on the problems they're having?" Henry offered. "I mean, can't argue with food, obviously. Everyone's got to have some sometime, and it isn't always the first thing to mind when you've had the worst of it. But you never know if someone'll need blankets or a potion or the like. Still good to have on hand in general."

"Potions like medicine?" Stark asked. "That could be very useful, yes. And blankets are a very good idea. I know I don't like to be cold... but even if not used for warmth something soft like that can be comforting."

"Like medicine, aye," Henry said brightly. "And that's what I was thinking. Who doesn't like being nice and cosy warm when it's cold or miserable?"

"Exactly." Stark nodded.

"The same idea as a hot beverage, really. When you're warmed a bit you feel better."

Henry tilted his head as if he'd just had a brilliant idea, then raised a finger. "And wine, obviously!"

"To forget your troubles."

"Sangria," Stark said with a faint grin, "is good for that as well. Wine with fruit in it. But yes, sometimes alcohol is helpful in the short term. Not a permanent solution. Were you thinking of mulled wine? Or just wine in general?"

"Wine in general. I've never heard of sangria, though," Henry said, grinning. "Is it good? It sounds good!"

It had been just enough time since Hans left for him to forget how much hangovers sucked, yes.

"I like it," Stark said. "The fruit is nice. I have a friend who makes her own, when people need it."

Which was less often than you'd think, honestly.

"Easy to drink a lot of though."

Careful, Henry!

Unfortunately, when considering the words 'Henry', 'careful' and 'alcohol', one could only pick two out of three. "I'll give it a try, then," he said. "I did just get employed, so I should be able to afford some!"
