When the poor schmucks Fandom arrived in the park on Wednesday, they would see four wooden rafts, big enough to each hold five people (or Muppets), bobbing on the pond. In the center of each raft was a metal bucket full of objects. Some were balloon-shaped, some were ball-shaped, others were clearly shoes. One looked suspiciously like Intern Porg, desperate for a news story.

"My thanks to Don and Jane for covering for me the last two weeks. We are doing something that didn't require much effort on my part to set up," Anakin said, which was pretty straight-forward of him. "We're doing a balloon-ish toss! Pick an object, toss it to your teammate on the next raft over. Do not miss, or break the object! Fastest team to get all the way around the circuit wins."

He grinned. "Powers may be used today. And there are plenty of objects in the buckets. No one says you have to only toss things at your own teammates."

Sometimes Anakin just liked to watch the world burn.

"Listen for your names!"

What recycled hell is this, Anakin?

Someone explain to Henry and Flint what they are in for!

The first raft contains Ben, Steve M, Henry, Steve R, and Prompto! They are throwing towards Raiden, Liliana, Arden, Stewart, and Beaker!

The second raft, obviously, contains Raiden, Liliana, Arden, Stewart, and Beaker! They are throwing towards Gladio, Don, Flint, Rey, and Vi!

The third raft (Gladio, Don, Flint, Rey, and Vi) are throwing towards Kamala, Ignis, Lydia, Dean and Eleanor!

And finally, Kamala, Ignis, Lydia, Dean and Eleanor toss back to Ben, Steve M., Henry, Steve R. and Prompto!

You are encouraged to throw all manner of small, moddable, non-deadly objects at your teammates, at your raftmates, at other rafts...Anakin doesn't care in the slightest.

No one wins this, it's pure chaos :)

Kamala had come in today expecting some gigantic costume to be worn but instead... just a t-shirt.

"I can live with this," she declared as she pulled it on.

Dean settled in to watch the show because honestly, he'd been called down for what... 3 weeks now? Surely he'd get a break today.

As someone who had been painstakingly combing through all her previous shenanigans shirts from this year and the last, Eleanor was almost a little disappointed with how mundane this one was.

"What the fuck," Henry managed, eloquent as ever.

"What the fuck," Henry grumbled, not for the first time, wondering why she was putting up with this shit. She grabbed a flip-flop from the bucket and hurled it at... er, towards... Arden.

If you couldn't tell by the smarmy grin and the fact that this shirt was actually going on over the overalls, Stewart definitely approved of his attire this week.

And thinking that, you know what, maybe he'd pick up a shift, so to speak, right after this, too...

Stewart rifled through the objects at large to find one that seemed relatively aerodynamic, found an American (ahem) football, and figured that one was a good choice to lob over toward the next raft toward Rey.

And you know what? He had a surprisingly good throwing arm, too. It definitely wasn't his first American football toss, thank you.

Gladio was a little disappointed that he'd just missed getting to toss things at Iggy by a small margin, which meant his strategy of just messing with him was shifted quite a bit to genuinely trying to make sure that the weird little gel tubes with the fish in them went heading over to Kamala easily.

"Alright, kid!" he called out, before smoothly launching it over. "Incoming!"

"Honestly, it could be worse!" Arden called back, leaning over to catch the flipflop with her hands, hopefully, and not her face. "It doesn't involve dead cicadas or chocolate pudding that has been out in the sun for goddess knows how long!"

There was something wrong with the Dean's brain.

"Oh, boy," said Prompto, chuckling a little to himself and rubbing his hands together as he got ready to try and toss....something....over at Beaker on the other raft. Was there anything that looked particularly less explody? That. That's what he was going for.

He was still half expecting it to explode.

"Incoming!" he called out, and lobbed what appeared to be one of those hamster running balls over the water toward the other raft.

"Stewart, do you have a knife?" Arden asked.

Liliana didn't wait for the young man to respond. She was already hiking up her skirt and pulling out the knife that lived in her thigh sheath to the radio girl. "Here," she said. "You can keep it if you promise to stab Anakin with it later."

...It said something about the number of times Arden had been chosen for Shenanigans that she actually...okay, well, she didn't consider it, exactly, but she was tempted by the idea at least. In the end, though, she just used the knife to turn her t-shirt into a croptop and hand it back over to Professor Vess. "Umm, thank you, but I generally try to keep to a stabbing-free lifestyle?"

"Darling, I assure you, you're missing out," Liliana told her. "More people need a good stabbing than not, I've found."

"Uhh...sure, yeah, I'll keep it in mind," she said, trying to give Stewart save me from the crazy lady eyes.

Every week. How did she end up here every week? Was it fate? Karma? A personal vendetta from the Dean (this was her best guess)? Some weird message from an otherwise uncaring universe?

Impossible to tell. Either way, she was grabbing for a...a wet tennis ball, apparently, and throwing it at the grizzled sailor guy.

"Head's up!" she called.

Looking at the rafts, Vi was glad she'd left Steph at home for this, because there was no way that would've ended well.

Eleanor was going to try her best to not be too distracted with sharing a raft with Kamala as she tried to find something that she might be able to throw easily without being too much of an embarrassment to herself.

She ended up with a rubber duckie, and only thought to shout to Prompto about when she threw it after it was already halfway there.

Technically, Anakin had said powers were allowed for this. And he didn't say that they couldn't be used on him.

Liliana was very, very tempted to use her powers on him.

Especially once she grabbed something out of the bucket to throw and it turned out to be a rubber fish that was...oddly slimy.

"Incoming!" she called to Don.

And then followed it up by throwing the slimy fish at Gladio, and a perfectly normal water balloon at Don.

Okay, this was hardly fair. Prompto honestly, sincerely loved this shirt, and he was more than happy to pull it on and then grin brightly over at Gladio, because see? See? Coming out for these things was awesome!

And he was definitely going to be pointing out to Ignis about how these weren't bad shirts, either! Like he didn't even get anything with polyester!!

Dean groaned as he made he way down to be tortured again. Then again the t-shirt was on point for at least one point in his life and the game did not seem to be too bad.

And now his competitive side was kicking. "Okay people! Let's do this!"
