Dice & Danger, Thursday - 2nd Period
So, there was a dragon jammed into the tavern simulation and also a dragon mini figure on the table, looming over the class' characters. And at least one teacher looked concerned about this fact.
"I'm not sure this is the right first fight," Jane muttered, looking over at the dragon. And then the other dragon. Look, scaling encounters could be tough for baby DMs.
"They'll be fine," Cara said. "It's only one dragon. How hard could it be?"
Besides, the tavern dragon looked more awkward and uncomfortable than anything. Maybe it had social anxiety?
"So, today we're going to be trying our hand at combat in this game," Jane said, taking Cara at her word. Which was clearly a fatal flaw. "And see how you work as a team. Party! That's the term for it, right?"
TPK did roll off the tongue better than TTK.
"I'm sure you'll perform adequately."
