Yoga; Thursday, Third Period [06/23].

This had easily, hands down, been one of the best classes Rosa had taught at this school so far. All she had to do was show up, talk for a tiny bit, tell everyone what to do, and then they all did it in relative silence and focus for the remaining duration of the period. It was almost enough to make her want to keep doing it for other sessions and semesters, but, at the same time, that seemed to just be asking to spoil perfection. Best not tempt fate, especially when, technically, there was still one more lesson to go that could spoil it all.

She doubted it, but it definitely was possible.

"So it's our last class," Rosa said, "and we're still keeping it simple. Yoga shouldn't be complicated, it defeats the whole point. So we're going to over a few more intermediate poses to add to your repertoire. If they're still a little advanced for you, just focus on refining some of the previous ones we've learned. Then we'll just practice a bit of our breathing and meditation, and while we're doing that, if there's anything you've got questions about or want to go over before we finish for the session, you can ask."

Was there a slight element of but that doesn't mean I'll answer to the way she said that last part?

Probably.

"Of course, we're going to start with our sun salutation warm-up, so, everyone, get in a spot and we'll get started."
