The Art of Napping, Extreme Edition; Monday, Second Period [06/13].

"After last week's foray into deep, dark spaces," Shunsui started with a grin as the class gathered as usual in their cluster in front of the portalocity office, "I figured we'd enjoy a nice bit of...very open air this week ♥. We'll be napping in the trees this week....well....♥," his face broke out into a lopsided grin, "not exactly in the trees, if you want to be technical, but rather from them ♥. We're on our way to Waldseilgarten Höllschlucht, which has a great many activities and features for the intrepid adventurer and explored, but we, of course, will be concerning ourselves with but one of their offerings: their dangling beds, suspended from the tree branches ♥

"Let's not waste a moment longer ♥," he then said, gesturing for the class to follow him to their next great napping adventure. "Actually getting into the bed might take some doing, so we haven't got a moment to spare ♥."

Like a tree?

Not that there's really much by the way of lectures in this class; it's all about the experience, after all! But if there are questions or concerns before making your way through the portal, then by all means.

The hanging beds do fit two if you'd like to pair up, especially if helping each other helps you get in, but there are also plenty available should most people prefer to go it solo.

And if anyone is truly struggling with it, Shunsui supposes he could just teleport anyone to their dangling bed, but he's already gone through the trouble of teleporting himself, so if he didn't have to...

You know, the one who seems to only remember he even can teleport when it involves bypassing an inconvenient obstacle in getting into bed.

Someone tell me I really don't need to drop nearly a hundo just to have a Shunsui coat. Please.

Kurt actually had heard about this place before. Growing up here for most of his life, it was something he always wished he had gotten to do before leaving Germany. So, needless to say he was thrilled with where Shunsui had chosen for the class!

Kurt looked around at the hanging beds and was just about to port himself up into one of them but then remembers most people couldn't teleport.

"Anyone need any help getting up to theirs?" he asked, glancing around at the class.

Gray

Sure, Gray could climb up to a bed, but that seemed like effort. Instead, he stripped his shirt off and large, feathered, black (with ~light blue accents~) wings sprouted from his back. Why climb when you could fly?

And there would be Graham, dangling from one of the branches about half way there and starting to feel his arms protest against this idea entirely, long legs kicking futilely below him in an attempt to keep moving.

"Ummmm," he said, telling himself that knowing when to quit was sometimes half the battle, "yes please!"

"Hang on there Graham!" Kurt called up to him. "I'm coming!"

And with a small poof of purple smoke Kurt disappeared, only to reappear an instant later on the branch right over Graham's head.

"Need a hand?" he asked with a grin as he wrapped his tail around the branch and swung down, arm out toward his dangling classmate.

"Ha," despite dangling perilously from the branch, Graham still couldn't help appreciating a well-placed pun. "Hang on. That's a good one.

"I think I could probably use an extra," he admitted, reaching out for that helpful hand, "thanks!"

Kurt nodded and let himself down a little lower so he could reach Graham.

"Hold on tight! I'll port us up there!"

Graham realized maybe a bit too late that in order to reach out for Kurt, he essentially was left dangling by one arm in the meantime, so if Kurt was wondering why Graham's grip very suddenly got very tight....that was why!

"Okay!" he breathed out, trying not to think of how his timing could have really messed him up there. "I'm ready!"

"Alright!" Kurt said with a nod, making sure he had a good grip on Graham and then looked up to the hanging bed above them and then ported them up, dropping Graham and himself as carefully as he could onto the bed.
