Living with Trauma, Tuesday 3/8, 3rd Period
Stark was still readjusting to being back here and part of being back was showing up where he was expected when he was expected there. It felt strange, being back, but it had felt strange being here before he left and it had felt strange being on Moya and he was somewhat resigned to that being a constant at this point.
He looked less haunted than he had the last time he’d stood in front of the classroom but he was clutching a coffee yet again. Maybe he just needed something to hold onto.
“I hope you’ve all been well since I saw you last,” he said once everyone had arrived. “And that nothing too terrible happened to any of you while I was gone. Anakin said he was here, for classes, and I hope that wasn’t terrible either. I went…I went home. For a while. I thought it might help. It did, some, and some things were…we don’t need to talk about it. I’m back now. We can save most of the talking for another day. Another week. This week…this week I have a movie.”
A movie was a good way to ease back into things. Especially a movie about dealing with emotions.
“So watch the movie. We can talk about it after, if you like.”
