"Welcome to Home Depot!" Nick announced once they were there. "This place is great. Every tool you could ever want is here. It's like Disneyland for the fix-it set. And since we're about halfway through here, you should get familiar with the things you might need here.

"You're all getting lists," he went on. "You get to go and try to find them, like a scavenger hunt. Come back at the end of class with everything checked off and the winner gets... I dunno, a sense of pride and accomplishment."
