Where she was from they had spells for that. "However, thanks to 'apps,' which I do not even begin to know how to begin, you can do so much more than that. You can make TikToks. You can take still images of things to look at later, called 'photos.' You can waste many hours of your time on a game with cartoon birds with no idea where the time went."

"What level did you get to?" That was hardly the point, Jaskier.

"I don't want to talk about it," because it was embarrassing. "Now, to use your 'cell phone,' you must keep it charged, via a cable which plugs into the wall or via one of those magic devices you just set it down on. That is very important."
