Despite himself, Prompto had to chuckle a little at that answer, shaking his head a little because the prep involved for acclimating new teachers around here was pretty abysmal, wasn't it?
"Not this room, dude," he explained. "This room is empty until you program things into it. Or, well, most people probably don't get that technical with it," he did, because he was a nerrrrrd, "but the whole point of the danger shop is to create a realistic holographic experience so that people can learn in a hand-on, but totally safe environment.
"Here," he added, feeling like that wouldn't be adequeate for an explaination, "let me show you."
And, with that, he bounced over to the controls, deftly moved around the programs to find the one he'd made when he'd hacked into his class that one time because he was still stupid proud of that whole thing, and, just like that, enjoy being in the middle of what appeared to be a sort of racetrack and surrounded by giant feathery chicken-ostrich-hybrid-like birds, Travis.
"Ta-daaaaah!" Prompto announced with a grin. "This is a mod I made a while ago for a class. You can totally go ahead and pet the chocobos, they'll feel as real as if they were here, but you don't have to worry if one of them tries to peck you, because there's no actual danger in the danger shop, that's kind of the whole point!"
