Zoe smiled at the Student Council members as they came in for lunch.

"Good afternoon. Professor Lyman isn't here today, so he asked me to take care of your meeting. From the notes he gave me, it looks like you all have quite an agenda, so why don't we get started?"

"As you know, Prom is set for April 22. My notes say you still have to figure out the logistics of picking a Prom King and Queen."

"Do you all want to plan another game night to happen before the end of the term? I remember reading something about poker in the newspaper."

Angel had notes, honest he did. But... Zoe. With the catching him and Anakin yesterday and the not so much with the happy.

He slumped down in his chair and tried not to be noticed.

"Have we got a band for the dance yet?"

"...Prom king and queen? what's that?"

Peter Parker, Sophomore

"Poker Night is being planned by Alanna and myself for either the fifteenth or sixteenth. From what I understand from his radio appearance, we'll need to invite Vice Principal Pierce to that. And then Isabel and I are looking at a Trivia Contest thing at the end of the month."

"Not to my knowledge and I have no freaking clue. Does anyone want to explain this 'prom' thing to the out of country people?"

Elizabeth Weir, Junior.

Chloe Sullivan, senior

"Prom is a big important dance that usually takes place at the end of the year," Chloe explains. "The King and Queen are chosen by the students as like, the best people out of all the seniors, I guess you could say. So, we'd have to have a vote at some point."

Zoe doesn't give Angel any sort of a dirty look, really. But she certainly recognizes an escape attempt when she sees one.

"Is there anything you want to add, Angel?"

Angel wasn't sure what the right answer was.

"...possibly?"

"This may also be a stupid point, but are we going to need to get crowns for the King and Queen?" Elizabeth asked.

"That's...actually not a stupid point at all. Yeah, we're going to need crowns."

"What kind of crowns?"

Parker, junior

"I'd like to suggest the prom *not* be held in the gym. Either Caritas, the Arms, or another venue would be more suitable, and would make the dance more appealing."

No, she's not trying to make sure her date can attend. Why do you ask?

Alanna Trebond, Junior.

Alanna nodded at Parker. "Pippi and I were talking about the City Hall maybe? ~~Do we have one?~~ And um," She grabbed her notebook. "We also need food and do you know if Zero's band will be available to play again?"

"I say fifteenth because Saturday should be easier. Second floor common room I assume? And let's see, what else? Right, maybe three tables for three levels? People who have no clue what they're doing, something in the middle, and have been playing since age five?" Alanna frowned. "Am I missing anything?"

"It all sounds good to me," Peter said.

"As for the trivia night, I believe we're looking at the last weekend before Finals. Isabel will know better next week."

"Yayness. I'll make the posters then. And um, why do I feel I'm forgetting something?"

"Probably because you are. But if you are, then I'm forgetting it, too."

"Posters, food?, cards, date, divisions, and room." Alanna read off of her list. "I'm going to go crazy trying to remember what I forgot."

"Invitation to Vice Principal Pierce as demanded on the radio? Whether or not we're allowed to actually gamble?" Peter suggested.

"Bingo! And I'll ask VP Pierce that when I personally invite him." Alanna grinned at Peter. "Or convince him to let us gamble with candy or something."

"That should work nicely," Peter said.

Callisto, senior.

"Um, king and queen crowns?" Chloe replied, unsure of how to describe them further.

"Made of?"

"Generally? They're really shiny silver colored plastic. The key is that they look shiny, but are fairly cheap to get."

Pippi doesn't think that sounds very impressive.

"So we could just make them from like... Folders... And glitter."

"Oh! Maybe the Danger Shop? We could make it look like pretty much anything."

"I'm not sure anybody has asked Zero about her band. We should look into alternatives to hire if they aren't available."

[[ooc: Yes, I am volunteering to be the band in the case that Zero!mun can not or would rather not do it.]]
