[Needless to say, obvious trap is obvious, and attempting to remove the handbag without disarming it will result in a mousetrap style cage falling from the ceiling and trapping everyone within a two metre radius of the plint.]

And, yes, Astrid knew, as soon as she saw the set-up, exactly what this was and what was likely to happen, but she also knew that it would be a force too strong for her to try to stop, so excuse her while she just facepalmed and resigned herself to her fate, and, god, this class....
