We did, however, send you an in-depth rejection email during acceptance night. It's also untrue that you weren't aware of the doubled app until you received said rejection: several players, including two admins, were part of the same email chain in which Lana's player notified you of her application and the two of you had an exchange about the doubling with all of us in the CC. Lana's player made no indication that she had reconsidered her decision to app at the time. We felt further notification would be redundant.
In short, we had no reason to assume you weren't aware of her application when we received yours.
