Fun with Magic | Friday, period 2
Class today had met in the Danger Shop, set up to look like a lovely English garden.
"Right, so." Bob clapped his hands together. "I was told for at least one of you, singing is fun." He nodded to Stevenassuming he's there. "So, that's what we'll do today. Sing."
He grinned. You probably guessed it wasn't going to be that simple, right?
"Somewhere in here is a little round stone. Well, quite a lot of them, really. But one of them's the one you need to find. First to find it gets dinner for two in town. Or at that silly place we've docked, whichever you prefer." Which would cost him less, but whatever. After all, it wasn't like he had much to spend money on. Most of it went back to Harry for rent.
"In order to find it, you'll have to sing. There are enchanted plants and statues, trees and fence-posts, all around." He waved generally at the place. "If you sing at them, they'll sing you back clues. If you sing at other things, well, you'll just be standing there singing." Possibly looking a little silly, but that wasn't his problem.
Bob beamed at them. "Off you go!"
