Public Service - On the Edge, Monday, Period 2

"So, you guys have been really kickin' ass with this water filtration stuff," Reno said, once his class had gathered on the causeway for their portal. "Looks like we should be able to get the finishing touches on these things today, and then we can run tests on the system before letting the public loose on it, yo. So I ain't gonna distract you with more flowers - tempting, but I'll save that for another week - and I'll let you loose on what needs to be done to get this finished up. Have at it, Rookies. We'll check in with Cait Sith and the WRO next week, let 'em know where we stand, and we can be all done here in time for the end of the semester."

Yeah, Reno sounded pretty damn proud of you all. He'd have to keep this sort of thing in mind for the future, if he ever decided to teach around here again. (And let's face it, he probably would. He was kind of fond of this place.)

Karina? Karina was thrilled about all of their progress!

She was available, should anyone needed her, as she worked on finishing up what needed to be done.

Cosette wouldn't be much help with the fine-tuning -- which had her a bit put out, since it meant she wasn't as much help as she wanted to be -- but she could at least take a look over the entire system and spot for (hopefully a lack of) any signs of damage or tampering. She was sure she could at least notice if anything was missing or broken, right?

So far so good, it looked like. As far as she could tell, at least.
