Whatever 101, Tuesday, Period 3
One last class! So of course it was raining gross things outside. That's why Kate tended to carry an umbrella in her bag when she came to the island, though, so at least she wasn't covered in anchovies when she stood at the front of the classroom this final time.
... Seamus, who was next to the desk on the floor, was maybe eating a few anchovies. Yeah. He'd loved the trek from the causeway.
"So I heard you guys maybe had a trying weekend." And she knew how those were. Seriously, she knew it well. "And these summer workshop finals are never too hard, anyway. So, this is gonna be pretty easy. For your final, I want each of you to come up to the front of the class and teach the rest of us something. Doesn't have to be anything big. I mean, it can be, but it can be something really small, like where to get the best blueberry muffins in town. Just... pick whatever."
It was in the spirit of the class! She smiled at them.
"And when you're done, if you want, you can pet the corgi. Also, thanks for being a great class, and try not to die. Okay, who wants to go first?"

With that being said, he nodded and then went through a few of the very basic techniques that he knew. Basic defense and then some basic offense that targeted the most vulnerable areas of the body.
"It's pretty effective," he said once he was done.
