This week, class was being held in the Danger Shop, which was pretty exciting for Kate even if she wasn't going to tell anyone that. What was even more exciting was that she had successfully gotten it to simulate a mall. A mall filled entirely with clothing stores in varying price ranges and styles, and no, that wasn't a mishap. It was all on purpose.

... Okay, except for that one store that sold nothing but lime green clogs. She had no idea what had happened there.

"We've been talking a lot over the last couple of weeks," she started, standing outside an upscale clothing store with designer dresses displayed in its window. "And I figure that can get kinda boring, so today, we're gonna do something a little more hands on." She gestured around. "Go around the mall and buy – with your totally fake, totally limitless credit cards – an outfit that you think is awesome and makes you feel awesome to boot. You can totally do this by yourself or in pairs or just the whole group together, I don't care. Just make sure everyone has a full new outfit. Then at the end of class, come back, show off your outfit, and explain why it's awesome for you. That's totally simple, right?"

She hoped it was.

"Okay, go."

So, Raven was basically doing what she did just about every day -- search for cute clothes to imitate -- only instead of the internet, she had a virtual shopping mall. She could totally get behind that -- and take lots of pictures for future outfits, as well.

Naturally, the first place she wandered into was completely full of lime green clogs. Well. She supposed there had to be some outfit that made those work. . . .

What did you pick, and what makes it awesome?

Skinny jeans? Y/N?

My thesis supervisor finally got back to me, I will probably eventually graduate oh my god I am so happy.

I also totally didn't forget a part of the OCD first time around, shush.

Flick wasn't going to be going with anything extravagant. He found himself in a tee shirt and jeans store and bought himself a new pair of jeans. He paired that with a black Henley shirt and the went off in search of maybe a jacket or some shoes.

Rapunzel

Flick eventually made it back with the jeans, Henley, leather boots and pea coat jacket that would be way too hot for the season but he liked anyway.

"It's comfortable, it's clean and I look good," Flick said, shrugging. "More of a winter time time outfit but couldn't resist. I'm good with layers."

Also, does this mall contain styles from different time periods, or will Ichabod have to object to modern clothing?

Definitely no skinny jeans. Perhaps if someone forced him. Ichabod was here however, and happy to perform any TA duties as needed.

YAY GRADUATION if I can slog through all these revision notes. Sigh.

Also yes, different time periods also available! That was even supposed to be in the main post but I got distracted.

"How on earth can there be som much clothing?" Ichabod asked himself as he wandered around the mall rather aimlessly. This marketplace was immense. Unfortunately he wouldn't want to be caught wearing most of it. What had become of fashion and style in this era?

Finally he found a shop with some decent clothes that looked contemporary enough. He picked a shirt, very similar to the one he was wearing, and with that he considered today's assignment done.

Ichabod looked the same as usual. If someone asked, he would point out that he had picked up a different shirt, even if it looked very similar to his own. He cast a glance in a mirror and adjusted the collar of his coat ~~which was truly awesome~~.
