Hiding in Plain Sight, Wednesday, Period Four
Today, the Danger Shop was set up like a dance studio, complete with mirrors along one wall and a woman dressed in a leotard, who was presumably also Danger Shop generated.
"Good afternoon, class, I hope you all enjoyed your break," Bond greeted them. "Now, counter-intuitive at it may seem, sometimes in order to blend you need to stand out, either as a distraction so another can slip by unnoticed, or because you're in a situation where lurking on the sidelines will draw more notice than participating in an activity. A prime example of this is at dances. However if you happen t end up in a situation like that, dancing badly then that will make you stick in people's minds, while good to excellent dancing will have them not focusing on your face. So today you're going to learn the tango."
That this subject was being covered the week of a school dance was purely coincidental.
Bond led his students though an explanation of the dance, as well as demonstrating with the leotard wearing simulation.
"Now, I'd like you to partner up and try it yourselves," Bond said, then indicated the woman. "Adele here will partner with anyone left over."
