Bond had certainly not co-opted the movie theatre program again, however instead of popcorn, the smell of freshly-cooked pastry and mint tea was in the air.
"As a result of centuries of trade and interactions, Moroccan cuisine bears the influence of various Berber, Moorish, Mediterranean, and Arab cultures," Bond began, giving a brief overview of some of the more common Moroccan dishes. "It is a diverse cuisine which uses extensive spices. However, while appreciation for this Moroccan food is growing, the fact remains that in may western cultures the first and arguably most well known reference to Morocco they'll encounter is the film we'll be watching today."
