General Physical Conditioning

First person through the door gets a frisbee tossed at them after they sign in. Rules posted are for Ultimate Frisbee, a sort of football frisbee game. "Tag! You're gonna be it."

Shep catches the frisbee and stands there looking at it. "Oh, I suck at this." He tosses it off to the next person who comes in.

Victor tries a throw at the next person, but he swings it too high and it comes back down and hits him in the leg.

"Ow," he said, and tried a lighter toss at the next person.
