Rory takes the paper from the dazed-looking guy who thrusts it into her hands. She reads the caption, and tries to hide a smirk. She walks to where he's seated in the back of the room.

"I like it," she says quietly. When he looks out, she says, "Consider yourself part of the staff - and um, thank you for self-editing," she adds with a slight twinkle in her eye. "Rory Gilmore," she says, extending her hand.
