Duncan rubs his hands together. "Okay, guys. Here's the deal. You've worked hard, and it's almost the holiday. So today is a break day. If you feel like doing anything athletic, good. If not, there's food. Either way, enjoy."

A table in the gym is filled with soda and snacks, everything from pretzels to chocolate things.
