I'm looking for a roommate or two, male or female (can't promise not to ogle, though).

Must have at least half a brain and be able to hold an intelligent conversation.

Must not mind eccentric study hours, weird smells/noises/flashes of light, or a reasonable amount of clutter.

No pets. Except maybe a mild lapdog or something.


If the roommate comes with a room, even better.
