Don't Be Evil [Friday, Second Period]

Not only was there a movie projector set up in the classroom when Oz's class arrived, but also several sizable bowls of various kinds of candy.

"In honour of the upcoming holiday, we're going to watch a movie today," Oz told them when they finally finished settling down. "One about the dangers of assuming evil, instead of merely being alert for it. Because there's a difference, and it's a doozy. Though if you're squeamish you should probably lay off the candy and just take some after class."

Topher was taking far, far more than his fair share of candy and dumping entire bags of it onto the table so that he could get well-distributed handfuls of stuff.

This required so much attention that he missed most of the movie.

Bart and candy. That was a dangerous mix. He took some and sat down to watch the movie. But a few minutes later, there was a blur and another handful of candy was gone. Some time later, another handful was gone.

Meanwhile, Bart sat, watching the movie, munching on candy.
