Tuesday: Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse

Today the danger shop had been transformed into a convention center. Specifically a convention center that at one point held a job fair but got invaded by zombies.

Yes. There are zombies in suits in the convention center still holding resumes. Hey, it's a tough job market. Even for zombies.

"Hey guys," Columbus said with a small bounce on the balls of his feet. "Today's our last class and I wanted to leave you with an alternative method for dealing with Zombies. It's not one I would choose personally but I have known one person who used this method effectively. It's camouflage."

And with a press of a button... A costume and makeup area appeared. Nope. No block letters today.

"Your goal today is to dress and then act like a zombie," Columbus said motioning to the make up station. "If you pass yourself off? Great. If not... well you've learned enough rules from me to know what to do. All right? Let's give it a shot."

Columbus is so watching Caddyshack and Ghostbusters tonight.

Oooh! Butters liked the idea for this class, and he was definitely going to limber up before they got ready to masquerade as zombies. He was pretty confident in his zombie acting; he had a pretty good zombie moan, if he said so himself, and, well, limbering up was important so that his limbs would be all loose and dead-like.

"Urrrggh. Ghhaaarg," said Butters, decked out in clothes looking like they were about to fall off of him, lifting his arms and his limply hanging hands. He took shuffling steps forward and thought about yummy brains to get a little more into character. "Rrar."

Yeah, this was going to go well.

Weaverville, Calif.

Makeup, Tara liked. She carefully smeared on the white foundation and smudged black and green around her eyes before adding a little extra trickle of maroon at the corner of her mouth for the sake of authenticity.

Balamb Garden

This was a completely idiotic idea, but Seifer was going to go the full makeup route.

He was definitely going to keep the fire spells handy though.

Sam got himself ready by putting on dirty, holey clothes and putting on enough makeup to make his face look white and deathly. He put eyeliner around his eyes to make them look sunken in and messed up his hair.

With the costuming done, he got out there and sort of...limped and stutter stepped along with the zombies. It worked but it was so so weird.
