Those were excellent dudes! This week, we have a mysteeeeerious project that will hopefully teach you dudes some very important musical knowledge.. while having fun!
THIS WEEK'S TASK - SCAVENGER HUNT
Welcome to the first.. uh.. first semesterial Music Class Scavenger Hunt!
* There are 10 items to collect.
* Sometimes you'll need to go and find an object and sometimes you'll need to make it.
* We're gonna do this in 5 groups of 3. [OOC: There will be threads below, sign up for one.]

The Rules/Instructions
1. You have to try to find the answer to all of the clues.
2. You can do the clues in any order.
3. Once you work out the clue, you have to try to find that item around campus and/or the town.
4. You cannot ask for help with solving clue outside of your groupbut Google is your friend.
5. You CAN ask people if they have the item you need (some students, teachers and townies are in on the act).
6. All items have to be returned to their rightful owners at the end of the project.
7. No using illegal means to get the items (ie: no stealing, lying, tricking people)
8. You can't ask me for any of the items.
9. If you can't get the actual item, a photo will do. But do try to get the item (or something to represent that item).
10. If you have to buy the item, keep the receipt and the music department will reimburse you.
[OOC: So basically, you get together and try to figure out what object the clue is hinting at. Then you have to find the object somewhere around campus/town.]
Example
Clue: This band came from Liverpool in the 1960s.
Answer: The Beatles.
Item: Find a beetle of some kind, real or the car, or take a photo of one.
There are plenty of non-music class people in on the project, so don't be afraid to go to certain key places on campus and around town to ask for your item.
The Clues
1. You can't play the duduk, midjweh, clarinet or bassoon without one of these.
2. A saucy kind of music that usually has around 180 beats per minute.
3. Three singers = trio, two singers = duet, one singer = ?
4. You can find this item from the first line of Three Dog Night's joyful song.
5. A Halloween favorite from some guy and his Crypt Kickers.
6. 'The Police' will send you a note that will float if you listen to them.
7. You Learn, Hand In My Pocket and Ironic reside here.
8. Bury the Hatchet, Wake Up and Smell the Coffee and there'll be No Need To Argue with this band.
9. Kenny Loggins says to kick these off on Sundays.
10. Break out of the same old dull routine with a personal ad and this drink.
Get into your groups, take a clue sheet and have fun dudes! See you back here next week with your items!
