"Congratulations!" Steve said. "You've made it to the end of the semester, and I didn't even have to break out the first aid kit once. You've been a great class, and I really hope you've learned something. If we can get through today, well, you'll be doing really well. So, your final. Since we've been studying cooking for half the semester, you'll be cooking something based on what you've learned this semester. You have a ~~handwavey~~ assortment of basic ingredients to choose from, but there must be cooking involved, not just assembling. Sandwiches or salads with no ingredients you cooked yourselves won't be accepted. That's not to rule out sandwiches or salads, but your contribution had better be something more than frying some bacon if you want to earn full points.

"Once you've presented your creation to me and explained why you chose it, you'll also need to tell me one thing you learned this semester. Then," he gestured to the plate on his desk, "you can have a brownie and go. Your final begins...now."

Since I basically missed all of weetiny weekend, I'm using my weetiny icon now, dammit.

I have never gotten to play weetiny Steve and this saddens me greatly.

Alex decided to go for a minestrone soup. He figured that even if it was bad, he could toss some salt, veggies and maybe even some chicken (if he got desperate) to keep the flavor. In other words, he didn't think he could mess this up that bad.

So, he got to work on that, making sure he didn't go overboard on anything.

Juliet made a grilled cheese sandwich.

She didn't burn it. The cheese melted acceptably. She put in some apple slices, which she hoped would get her marks for creativity.

In her head, this was all a major accomplishment.

Pasta, but with grilled chicken, so Scully felt like she'd expanded her repertoire. Also, she was starving.

"It can feed a lot of people, and it's nutritious," Scully said, ever too-mature. "And I learned that some people don't know anything at all about laundry."

Mind-boggling as that was.

Tony Stark

Tony was there. And mildly concerned to cook something without it being demonstrated.

...maybe if he used his phone to find YouTube videos of it.
