Introduction to Political Science

Today's topic is: Sovereignty.

What is your definition of it? Can you please give me some examples? How about examples of compromised sovereignty?

Sovereignty is the power of rulership. A nation's sovereignty is the rule or governmentship of that nation. A people's sovereignty is the rulership of the people. Having sovereignty means there is nothing above you, no higher rule that you/the nation answers to.

Phoebe is taking notes on everything that is being said. She is exhausted, both from the late night Student Council meeting, the nightmares, and then the stress on her body and mind from the spell she and Tara had done to retrieve Maia.

Sovereignty is the ruling power - the highest authority. It can be compromised, I suppose, when the sovereignty is unable to rule - when they are forced to depend on outside help or governance.

I guess your sovereignity is compromised if you another nation comes in and takes over. Like if you lose a war or something like that, and somebody else steps in and takes charge of running your country.
