Applied Dadaism, Wednesday, period 2
Artie was seated on thin air at a folding card table when the students arrived. Once they all were gathered, he gestured for them to sit down at any of the other tables set up (they, at least, had actual chairs).
"Welcome back, students! I hope you all have had a pipe weekend! I know I have!"
Each table held a fairly impressive pile of cards. Artie picked up a handful from his. "Today, we will play poker! But not just any poker, oh no. Any hand can win, as long as you can tell us why. Be creative! If you have three clubs, maybe they can bludgeon your opponents' three kings! It's up to you.
"Homework! Pick one day this week. You will spend that day being silly, in everything you do. Perhaps spend the whole day saying nothing but the word 'dreeble'. Perhaps battle an evil bowling ball. Make people ask you what you are doing! Make them think you are weird. Don't tell them; just let them wonder! Next week, you will tell us about your day of silliness!"
[ooc: Apologies for the lateness. I . . . actually just woke up. OCDon its way. is up. Go fish!]

Play cards
For those who may not know how to play poker -- this is anarchy, right here. Get a handful of cards, decide what those cards can do, and how it means you beat the other people at the table. Exciting, no?

Re: Play cards
In the end, he decided the business cards would be powerful if they had a lot of letters on then and weak if they didn't. The more powerful, the easier it was to beat them. He had several hearts mixed in with the business cards and decided they were immortal unless they got stabbed by a diamond and popped.

"Mox Emerald? What the heck is that supposed to mean?"
She may have gotten distracted from the purpose of the class.

Then the Ohio State Driver's Liscence for one Cooper C. Cooper brought him up short. "Uh oh."
