Studio Art, Friday, Period Four, Week Eleven

"Next Thursday," Steve said to his students, "is Thanksgiving. We will not be having class due to the holiday. This week, I'd appreciate it if you would paint something you're thankful for. You're welcome to use the media and style of your choice. If you'd like to share your piece with the class when you're finished, and explain why you chose that, you're welcome to do so." Steve swept a hand toward the supplies closets. "Have fun."

Parker had her homework from her other class with her, namely the droid baby she was supposed to take care of for the next two weeks.

She had by trial and error learned how to stop it crying, but beyond that she still had very little idea what to do with it.

Which might explain it sitting on the floor half under the table by her feet like it was her usual napsack and not, y'know, a baby.
