Scooter Hangs a Banner Outside of Study Hall

Sometime between when study hall begins for the day and lunchtime, Scooter makes his way to the hallway the study hall room opens off of, towing a large ladder with two wheeled feet and carrying a big yellow plastic bundle under his arm. He sets up the ladder across from study hall, unfurls the large yellow bundle - which turns out to be an advertising banner, and begins tacking its support ropes into place on the wall. This isn't exactly an easy task, considering the fact that the banner is taller than he is, but after several protracted battles with the unweildy strip of plastic, he does, in fact, manage to get it arranged to his satisfaction on the wall. Now, if it actually works, he'll consider it all worthwhile.
