Flight Club [Flight Shed]

Gavin was hiding under a hooded sweatshirt and a baseball cap today. Yeah, he knew it didn't do much to hide who he was but it was something. And it made it even less likely that he'd look John in the face after...last night.

Kriffing hell, he hated gremlins. He hated this place. And why the kriff had he been the girl?

"Welcome back. There's snacks." Gavin was just bundles of joy today. "Uh, just...practice with your vehicle of choice in the sim and we'll get back on track next week."

When he wasn't wanting to run and disappear into the deepest hole the island offered.

"Pay particular attention to landings. That'll come in handy next week."

With that, Gavin pulled open the sim's door and started wishing for lightning to strike him down.

Amazing how she could talk to Ben about it calmly after the fact, but the thought of being checked up on while it was happening put her guard back up. "You didn't need to anyway, it got fixed."

Which of course she'd totally known was going to happen and completely believed it would work. Right.

"Yeah." Tahiri glanced John's way briefly. "You got him back, so it's fine now, right?"

She didn't actually say "sorry for caring," but it might've been implied.

"And you shouldn't be able to throw that at me because I thought I was a hugging bear," Jaina said. "Which is why I'm not upset about yesterday, but if you really want to start something...."

"It is," she said, but she wasn't trying to be bitchy about it for once. She was still genuinely surprised she was okay, and if she thought about it at all, she'd feel really badly that it didn't work that way for everyone.

Oh yes, do bring it up. Freaking songs had been stuck in his head all night.

Anakin was there and not killing other people or himself. So far.

"Good," Tahiri replied, still a bit awkwardly. "You didn't need to go through anything like that again."

She was a little jealous it didn't work that way for everyone, yes, but not quite as much as you might think.

"I don't want to start anything," he said, crossing his arms. It was her fault anyway.

"You're kinda acting like you do," she said.

Ben Skywalker

He clunked the back of his head against the wall, aware he was being a jerk. "Sorry."

"Yeah," she said, for lack of anything else to say. Right now the last week suddenly felt just that much more like it had actually happened, which set Jaina on edge a little more than she'd like. "But it's over, nothing to do about it now."

You'd think she could say that happier.

Ben was eating many, many snacks and trying not to snicker at John and Gavin where they could see him.

She was sorry she'd helped start all this, but she wasn't dumb enough to announce that in public. "I'd say we should agree to stop each other at times like that," she said, "but we've tried that before and we still are horrible at it."

Tahiri gave her a curious look. "Usually people sound a little happier when they say things like that," she observed.

"Yeah, well maybe you could help me forget it ever happened," he suggested. "Since you thought it was a good trade off for last weekend." John wasn't sure zombies were worse than grinding on Gavin.

Hoshi Sato

Hey. "How would I do that?" she asked, wondering if he had something in mind.

"It's not a great subject," she said simply. She'd been fine before, but it was easier to go lalalala everything's fine now without thinking of what it had actually been like.

"You've got ways," he meant mind tricks. "I'm open to anything." Seriously, he'd like to feel like he could stop scrubbing before it hurt next time he showered.

She, for some crazy reason, thought he was just wanting a date. "Okay, we'll see what we can work out."

"Sooner than later?" John would really like to be mind wiped right then, but he could wait for the evening.

Aww, how sweet, he really wanted to see her. "Sooner works for me."

Hoshi had a smirk on her face as she looked over at John and Gavin. She was grateful that Annja had sent her the video so she hadn't missed out on last night's activities.

"Then tonight, why don't you stop by my room." He didn't want to meet her off-grounds for obvious reasons. Had that really happened a week ago?

"Is it ever?" Tahiri countered.
