The History of the Zora; Monday, Fourth Period [07/12].

One of the things about remote learning was that it worked out excellently for Sidon in this instance, because, well...Sidon had grown a lot in the thirty years (give or take) that had passed in Hyrule that wasn't quite so long in Fandom, and not just vertically! He understood much better now that rushing into danger was perhaps a bit selfish and short-sighted when he was the heir to his kingdom, a kingdom that would depend on him one day when his father finally passed, a kingdom that depended on him now to keep up good spirits and faith that, should the Calamity ever cease to be dormant, he would actually be there to help them survive for another 10,000 years!

Plus, it had...sort of been the big contigent factor making a deal with his father and Muzu about going back to Fandom, that should anythihng particularly dangerous and 'Fandom-y' should happen, he would return home. Where it was safe.

(Just ignore the constant threat of complete worldly annihilation hanging over their heads at all times).

So it was a good thing Sidon remembered to charge his phone before he left the island!

And it was through the magic of multidimensional communication that he was able to set things up to connect live from Hyrule itself to his...one student, assuming she hadn't joined the other student in disappearing down mysterious holes by then!

Cut for HISTORY!! )

Anger Management- Monday- 2nd period

Was anyone even going to see this class? This web thing was stupid. But whatever, Nick could do it for a week.

Sort of. It was just that he'd been playing with the settings and now he looked like a potato. Shhh, he hasn't realized yet.

Also he was on mute.

So what you would get was him talking like normal for about a minute, till he asked a question and got no response.

This was followed by him peering at his screen, realizing he was in fact a potato, laughing at the stupidity of that, and then trying to change the settings.

And then quickly realizing he could not make himself an un-potato.

This all culminated in an impressive display of anger, not so much the management, and finally the screen froze on an angry, screaming potato Nick before he finally shut down and refused to get back online.

Introduction to Sheep Farming, Monday

There was no Edward at school today, for obvious reasons, even if he wasn't exactly in the position to warn his students.

Any student foolish enough to get to the Danger Shop today regardless would find themselves confronted by a pen filled with sheep. They were very soft. There was a blue sky above and the warm sun was shining.

The sheep were gently chewing on some grass.

[[ no ocd, open if anyone wants to venture into the Room o' Sheep. ]]

Introduction to Cultural Studies 101, Monday, 3rd Period

It wasn't like holding an online class on the island required that much effort. You didn't even have to wear pants, and yet, somehow, Aphra couldn't even clear that low, low bar.

Today's class consisted of an email with a link to a movie, and "Sometimes watching stories from another culture leads to encountering plot choices that make perfect sense to them, but not you. Like why include that one dude for the leads to fight over they could be resolving their own sexual tension?"
