Flight Club [Flight Shed, 2pm]
After a week off, Gavin was back in front of the flight shed today. He was setting up a small assortment of pastries and coffee to make sure everyone was good and awake when they filed in today.
"Hey guys," he started, nodding. "Welcome back. Hope the break was good to you all. Today, we're going to try an old favorite of mine from back home. Podracing. I was very good at it at all but it's a handy skill to have. Podracers are small, one man repulsorcraft that, while can't take into space, can take you quickly away from a lot of things. You're going to be up against amoddable AI opponent. The first go, it'll be slow while you acclimate to the controls but it'll get better as you get faster. Remember, don't take this for granted. A vehicle like this is flying and it's fast even if it's not shooting you into the far reaches of the galaxy."
