Detention [Saturday, October 11, morning]

"Good morning, young miscreants," Anakin said, swooping into the Danger Room and swishing his fabulous hair. "Today you will spend the morning learning how to not be like the whiny, rotten Winchesters."

He rolled his eyes. "Lose a diamond mine in a poker match and they whine about it for generations. Good freaking Lord. Therefore today you will learn to dress like a Winchester, then to play poker better than a Winchester, and generally strive to be a better class of person--in short, a Skywalker."

He clapped his hands together. "Let's begin."

Which is not as fabulous as Anakin's.

"First you must dress like a Winchester to understand how very sad it is."

Therefore Anakin had provided mullet wigs and plaid for everyone. How sweet!

Put 'em on, laugh at each other, bitchface like no tomorrow if you happen to be a Winchester...

"As you know, of course, the Winchesters lost a diamond mine to me years ago in a game of poker. I DIDN'T CHEAT."

He so had.

"So today, you play poker so you don't manage to squander away the family fortune."

Play ~~handwavey~~ poker. Or Go Fish. Or War. As long as you're betting on it, Anakin doesn't care.

"And finally, your last task. Please write an essay explaining why you'd much rather be a Skywalker."

Anakin flipped his hair again. "Or a poem, or an interpretive dance. Whatever. I'm very rich. Dance for my amusement, puppets."

Since everyone is on crack this weekend, feel free to wander into detention if your character is delusional enough to think he might have received one.

Gwen couldn't believe this. She was a world famous police-detective-turned-secret-organisation-member-turned-gossip-columnist! Didn't he know that she could break him with one well written blind item?

"Does a trailer park come with this plaid?" John wondered, holding it up in comparison to his very sleek dark sweater vest and attractive patterned scarf.

"It's down by the beach," Anakin said, laughing meanly.

Poor people were so pathetic.

John laughed, it was important that he act in a manner that the head of the Skywalker clan approved of. "Too true, professor, too true!"

Gwen sat at the table, leaning forwards so the other players could get a good view down her cleavage. A girl had to use all her assess when playing to win after all. Even a world famous police-detective-turned-secret-organisation-member-turned-gossip-columnist.

"No need to kiss my ass, John Herbert," Anakin said. "I'm still letting you run the diamond mine when you graduate."

"Put on the wig," Anakin commanded. "Even the women have terrible hair."

Of course he was, he was John Sheppard. "You're too kind, sir. Always thinking of my future."

"That I am," Anakin agreed. "I can't let just anyone become a part of the Skywalker legacy."

Gwen tossed her hair, glaring at Anakin. "Careful Professor, I know people, people who know things."

Anakin tossed his hair, too. "I have people who go after people who think they know things," he countered.

Gwen tossed her hair more. "I know people who know things about the people you sent after the people who think they know things. I can break you, break you so badly not even the Winchester's diamond mines can save you."

"Good thing you girl met up with me and not some boozing Lothario like Charles Bass," John smirked, fixing his hair carefully with one hand.

"I kill people who know people who know things about the people I send after the people who you think know things," Anakin growled. "And then I buy their companies. You don't frighten me."

Anakin's lips drew up in a snarl. "Charles Bass," he spat. "Ugh. There are reasons nice girls get sent to convents, and he's most of them."

"I get the murders of people who knew things about the people you send after the people who know things recorded onto high definition video and uploaded to streaming video sites in the event of anything untoward happening to my person," Gwen countered.

Anakin was rapidly losing track of the sentence. "Shut up," he decided, figuring that would cover it.

Gwen tossed her hair one final time and turned away dramatically.

"I hear he's in league with the Winchesters," John snorted. Even if it wasn't true it was believable.

"Bastard," Anakin replied maturely.
