Name: Justin Taylor
Age: 17
Sex: Male (Twink. If you don't ask, I won't have to explain.)

I am taking this class because: To further my education skills.

My favorite book is: Anything written by Edgar Allan Poe

Death is: The beginning.

Love is: Like poetry. It's not the words written that matters but the hand that writes them.

The soul is: The very air that breathes life into each of us.

My opinion on the similarities and differences between Theodore Geisel (pen name Dr. Seuss) and Ernest Hemingway (pen name Ernest Hemingway), especially as pertaining to the post-post-post-post-post modernist literary movement is: They both have rhyming issues in their poems in other words they both like to rhyme. The difference that I have seen is Suess has a tendancy to border on obsessively happy endings where Hemingway seems to be darker and more depressed endings or not so much depressed as...not what you expect. Sort of like Suess may not have the answers to life but its worth a look whilst the other is like in time the answers will come to me if I dont die first.

Joke in question that shows my point.

DR. SEUSS
Did the chicken cross the road? Did he cross it with a toad? Yes! The chicken crossed the road, But why it crossed, I’ve not been told!
ERNEST HEMINGWAY
To die. In the rain. Alone
