Re: Afternoon

Adah had spent a good amount of time considering a lot of things. Most importantly that her books were outdated and low in numbers and, if she was going to find out anything based on only diagrams and pictures, she'd need more to compare. The only issue was that she wouldn't know how to find the books herself, as she should. She'd have to ask for help from a fellow aide without the ability to actually ask or even the ability to confirm the effectiveness of any communication.

If she figured this out, if she ever found exactly what it was about her right now that couldn't remember something like words when she was remembering everything else in the world, she would have to apologize to whoever was working today for putting up with her, but, as it were, she came into the library with at least determination driving her.

She approached the desk with her usual limp, shifting the large medical book in her arms slightly before setting it down on the desk and opening it up to a diagram of the brain. She took a moment to look at Mac, with a hard look to let the other girl know that this could get frustrating, and then pointed, pointedly, at the diagram with as much urgency and insistence that a point could pull off.
