Newspaper Staff Meeting, 4pm FHT, Journalism Room

Peter had a copy of this week's paper for everyone today. Of course, those papers were folded into paper hats.

He liked paper hats, okay?

There was also pastries and coffee for everyone.

[OOC: Sorry about the lateishness of posting this. It's just following in the fine tradition of the newspaper.

Oh, and if any staff still needs to check their invites with any journals and become a member at the paper comm, now would be a good time to do so.]

Cher Horowitz, who would only collapse on a thread if her outfit allowed for it

"So what have you got for me, newspaper boss?" Cher asked.

Charlie McGee, who would collapse a thread for a good story

"Well, hopefully we'll have your first advice column and the StuCo report," Peter said. "If you don't have enough letters or anything or want to go with something else, though, I think we could find something else for you."

"Would an interview with the principal work? And I was thinking of maybe some movie reviews too. Zombie movies. And maybe the ones that were shown at the movie festival, if I can find copies to watch." Charlie had a paper hat on her head. For she is a dork that way.

Rikku, who would collapse a thread if there was treasure hiding under it

"I forgot to turn my stuff in!" Rikku chirped. "So I'll do those for next week!"

"Talking to Principal Washburn sounds great," Peter said. "A movie review would be good, too, but probably not the ones shown at the movie festival. Enough people in school have already seen them and it was all the way at the beginning of the summer, wasn't it? The zombie movies sound like a good direction, though."

"Also, nice hat."

"Not a problem, Rikku," Peter said. "It just didn't feel like an issue of the Hightimes without your contributions."

"Cool! And yeah, I'll check out a bunch of horror movies, as part of getting ready for Halloween." She grinned at him and tilted the hat. "Thanks!"

"Good use of the holiday theme," Peter said with a smile. "I can't wait to see what you come up with."

Rikku laughed. "Thanks! I think, anyway. If you meant that badly, I'm just gonna pretend you didn't."

"I don't mean it badly," Peter said. "No need to pretend."

Katara, who would collapse a thread to defeat the Fire Nation
