[He stops fiddling with the laser, having exposed a trip wire, and looks at her for two seconds.]

"Great," Methos grits out. Once again, he imterposes himself between the rest of the mortals them and the door, hoping that nothing comes by that feels like cutting off his head.

*Bursts into library wielding a sledgehammer, with futurebucs_star and alchemic_bean right behind her. Anders is carrying a flamethrower and a lance; Ed's arm has been transmuted into a blade.*

Janet comes running into the library, dragging a hell of a lot of weaponry along. She dumps it on a table and turns to Professor Methos. "Fuck the rule about no weapons in the library," she says. "And I'm making noise tonight too."

Along the way, Sakura had muttered an incantation, and now carried a staff with her, having left her bag behind and her cards in a pocket. She followed Zero and Ed into the library, One hand near said pocket in case a card was needed. She held the staff close to her in a defensive position, scanning the area.
