Mary Poppins Classroom - Friday

As her students would be *handwavy* aware from the attached note when they *handwavy* received their vocabulary packets on Feline Languages, Mary will be making herself available to visitors in her classroom today and in her office over the weekend.

As a result, she is sitting in the classroom knitting. There is a lovely spread of tea and tea sandwiches set out.

The door is open.

Willow knocked on the door, looking fretty. "Ma'am?"

"Yes Willow do come in. Do you have a parent to indroduce?"

"Oh, no. Nobody coming for me this weekend," Willow said. She held up a thick report, with a slip of paper on top of it. "I came by to give you this, and to apologize for being out on Monday. It's a note from the nurse about how I was sick, and a report on crow language. I know that's not the same as practicing in class by a long shot, but I wanted you to see I take schoolwork very seriously and wasn't trying to give myself a long three day weekend or something."

Mary nodded and looked over the note and the reports with a small smile.

"Well, this all seems to be in order. I am very pleased at your initiative Willow. I look forward to reading your report."

Willow smiled with relief. "Thank you, Ms. Poppins. Is there any other work you'd like me to do?"

"I believe this shall be sufficient, though you might want to review Starling and Snake verbally with another student on your own. Just for the practice."
