"The list was pretty random," Anders said, "but I guess you can't expect all your intelligence to be in order. But, um," he laughed nervously, "there were enough items on there for two baseball teams plus a full umpiring crew, so that's what I used. Home team batting order, then away team, and then first, second, third, and home umpires."
He scratched his nose and smiled crookedly. "But if there were a different number of players, I mean, items on the list, I'd be pretty frakked so I should probably practice that chaining technique more."
