"Today is our last day together," Deadpool said with a little sniffle of regret. "Unless you take me next class. I can't remember what it is, but I'm sure it'll be fun."

A beat.

"Fun for me. I don't know about you. I'm not in charge of your fun."

That was true. He was only in charge of himself. And making money for Fox.

"Anywho, last class. Very sad. I'm back mostly because a restraining order is keeping me away from filming. So let's just think back on the good times."

If everyone got that 'footage not found' mental image, it was only to be expected.

"Yeah, that's enough of that. You all get a crystal that will help you further on your journey."

They were, once again, the same crystals that had the price tags on them. Because Deadpool was cheap.

Peridot wasn't completely convinced that her crystal wasn't actually plastic.

But it was hers now, she supposed, so she was going to cling to it. Forever.

Complete with the price sticker.

Peridot didn't get gifted things often. Even stolen things.

"You mean we get to keep them?" Summer asked, all doe-eyed and innocent except the parts of her face that clearly weren't, as she clutched the dumb stupid rock to her chest. "These magical, special, wondrous crystals? Oh, you're so generous, Mr. Deadpool. I will cherish it forever, truly."

SARCASM? WHAT'S THAT?

Although part of her did wonder if she could turn this thing around, pull a Grampa Rick and convince someone at the Federation that it was a big super powerful crystal or something and see what she could get out of it.
