Underwater Basket Weaving and Other Aquatic Arts!; Monday, Fourth Period [05/31].

Hopefully, everyone would have received the very lovely personalized little scrolls of messages that Sidon was very proud of himself for having written and set out to everyone via either squirrel or crab, that cordially invited them to gather not at the beach for class that week, but rathe rin the DANGER SHOP!!! (yes, that was precicely how it had been written), so you knew it had to be good if they were going to meet in the DANGER SHOP!!! instead, right?

Right!

As a matter of fact, when they arrived, they would find themselves in a beautiful mountain vista not too dissimilar from the mountains surrounding Sidon's home, where clear and pristine pools of lakes were scattered among the rocks and trees and fed by a collection of waterfalls, some wide and roaring others small and trickling, from varying heights, all into the wide, deep pool before them.

"Hello again, my wonderful water weavers! And welcome to another exciting lesson in the Aquatic Arts! Today, we'll be covering an Art that is held in particular high regard among my people, and that is the Art of Diving! Everyone!" He made a dramatic swing of his arm in the air to beckon them into the water for taking a moment to jump up to an impressive height, even high enough that he could get in a good flip, before he twisted into a perfect dive into the water. He emerged a moment later with a wide, shining grin and called out, "If you'd like, there's a quick passage that will take you up to where I shall demonstrate, but if anyone would like to take a shortcut, hop on in and we'll give you a taste of waterfall climbing as well as waterfall diving! Just climb onto my back," because that was definitely a normal thing that happened in most classes, your teacher telling you to essentially ride him, "and you'll see what I mean!"

And with that, whether solo or with a few brave passengers, Sidon swam up the waterfall with confidence, throwing in a few more flips once he breeched the top with a perfect landing to set anyone who may have been with him down and grin at the others as they took the more conventional route, and got started.

"Now," he declared, "the Art of Diving! Feel free to start with a smaller waterfall if you're less confident or new to this, but don't be discouraged! You've got this! I believe in you all! Just keep in mind these basic steps, and by the end of today, you'll be able to best some of the best Zora in diving! Now, to start, we'll do a few tumbles into this pool to get used to it..."

And with that, Sidon was on his way to giving some of the basic instructions and tips on how to improve one's dive or to merely boost up the confidence to try them! There was a large pool with an edge that made it easy to practice from the ground, as well as a few rocks with more elevation if you wanted to move up a bit, and, of course, if you were really ready for something a little more fun, there were several waterfalls from this point at varying heights just waiting to be dived from! Sidon will even give you another lift up the waterwall to get you back up to the summit faster!

(Although if anyone wanted to try the waterfall climbing themselves, he would be very encouraging, though he was pretty sure anyone else but him would need special armor to do so!)

Pirating!, Monday

"Well, I needn't tell you all that most pirates are not vegetables," Edward spoke dryly, as they met outside the Jackdaw. "And we do tend to do quite a bit more plundering than sitting around in lounge chairs."

"Which is admittedly probably where everything goes wrong," Duke said cheerfully. Giving Edward a shiteating smirk. "But also more fun."

"As you can see, the Jackdaw is still in fine shape, thank you," Edward said, "And my crew have no complaints about the plunder."

He cleared his throat.

"Speaking of which," he called, "Who would like to fire a cannon today?"

". . . Wait, fire it at what?" Duke asked. His boat was the only large, thematic target around here!

Edward clapped his shoulder with a merry hand. "The wide ocean, of course," he said. He turned to the Jackdaw. "OI! YOU LAZY LADS OF LEISURE! GET READY TO RAISE THE SAILS AND CAST OFF!"

Exploring Earth Cuisine, Monday 5th period

"Good afternoon." Hannibal today was dressed for a sunny climate, complete with a very fashionable hat. "Today we will be heading south of our previous location, to Morocco. Moroccan food is mainly north African and Mediterranean, with some European and southern African influences.

"Our destination today is Darori Resto, in the city of Fez. They have several set menus which will allow you to experience a selection of the local foods, including a vegetarian option if you're tired of meat." Hannibal was never tired of meat.

"You'll also get to experience some of Morocco's lovely architecture and decoration."

He led them through the portal and into a narrow but sunny alleyway, then headed for the restaurant. "The local language is Arabic, but fortunately they are used to tourists. You will probably be better off with French than English, if you speak it." If not, there was always "point and smile".
